Help me find my will towards taking care of myself

work"
Help me to know my way is your way
Help me to know fear is just a voice saying "this
may not be good for me"
Help me to know pain is just a voice saying "this is
not good for me, change
is needed"
Help me find the strength to carry on in gratitude
and joyful rejoicing of
your ways, your works
Help me find a way to accept my status as a Lamb
in your Fold
tucked into the folds of your garments, playing with
a kitten at your feet
these things I pray today
May I find the will to live them as well
